Brightstar Lending Group LLC is not a bank, mortgage lender, mortgage broker, or loan solicitor as defined by federal, Puerto Rico, or other applicable law.
We provide this Site solely for informational purposes and for the convenience of our clients and prospective clients. Brightstar does not solicit, arrange, or procure mortgage loans through this Site.

Brightstar does not make credit decisions, is not a party to any agreement you make with third-party providers, and does not endorse or guarantee any particular loan product.

9. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal law.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement must be brought in the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico, unless otherwise required by law.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brightstar, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. MODIFICATIONS

Brightstar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS

Any claim or cause of action relating to this Site or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises or be permanently barred.
